MONROVIA, June 5 (LINA) - The Superintendent of the Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS), Benjamin Jacobs, has appealed to the teachers association (MCSSTA) to call off its go-slow action. Jacobs disclosed that the teachers’ demand for payment of retroactive salaries for 90 teachers, which prompted the indefinite go-slow action, is captured in the June pay, noting that there was therefore no need for them to continue the strike action.
